What is Sundae Driver?
Cultivar · Balanced hybrid · also: Sunday Driver
Sundae Driver is a balanced hybrid cannabis cultivar bred by Cannarado Genetics from Fruity Pebbles OG (FPOG) and Grape Pie. It is known for a creamy, sweet aroma that blends grape and cereal-like notes — often misspelled "Sunday Driver".
Both parents are dessert-style cultivars, and Sundae Driver is a textbook example of the flavor-first breeding wave: FPOG contributes sweet cereal-fruit character, while Grape Pie brings the grape-candy side. The "sundae" spelling is a deliberate dessert pun, not an error.
Sundae Driver also became a popular breeding parent in its own right, showing up on the family trees of many newer candy-forward cultivars. On menus it usually sits in the balanced-hybrid or "anytime" category rather than at either indica or sativa extreme.

Häufige Verwechslungen
- Sunday Driver: A common respelling of the same cultivar — and also the unrelated idiom for a slow driver. The breeder spelling is "Sundae".
- Ice cream cultivars: "Ice cream sundae" style names belong to other dessert cultivars; Sundae Driver is its own FPOG × Grape Pie cross.
